ONLINE ORDERS;

We will text when received and when ready. Parking on the street in front of the building is okay for, online pick-up orders.

We DO NOT take voicemail, email, text message, etc orders, Order must be placed online through the website,

SAME DAY ORDERS:

Orders placed after 11 am same day ORDERED AFTER 11 am, cannot be guaranteed, some or all items may be sold out. We will contact you if possible.

THE LINE:

Arriving by 10:30-10:45 most Wed and Thur AND by 10 am most Fri and Sat is best to insure you get what you want and a shorter wait. Holiday weeks/weekends can be much busier so arriving closer to 9 is best. We do put out numbers for the first 26 people so that you don't have to stand in a specific spot for 2 hours. Feel free to wonder our wonderful little town.

THE WAIT:

We do sell out of items throughout the day, please understand we do our best to keep you updated as you wait. Feel free to ask anyone walking around about what is available. Anyone walking around can also get you a drink, beer, wine, bag of chips, a refill.

PARKING:

We have plenty of parking. Please at arrival park next to the vehicle already parked to insure correct spacing between vehicles. Additional parking around the corner at the Masons Lodge or throughout Old Town Spring.

DO NOT PARK IN HANDICAP PARKING EVEN JUST TO RUN IN AND GRAB YOUR ONLINE ORDER. YOU WILL BE TOWED.

Terms of return case by case within 3 days of visit with receipt
Unhappy with the food, remainder needs to be returned to receive a refund

REFUND OR CHANGES TO ONLINE ORDERS:

**ALL orders under $100 must cancel order 1 hour prior to pick-up time
**ALL orders over $101 require 3 hours prior to pick-up time
**ALL order over $200 will require 24 hours notice
***WHOLE MEAT AND 1/2 PAN SIDES REQUIRE 24 HOURS***
