We cook to full capacity, fresh smoked daily so we do sell out of items throughout the day.  To guarantee an item order online at least 3-5 days in advance for a Fri or Sat pick-up OR arrive by at least 10:30-10:45 WED - THUR, 10-10:30 Fri and 9-10 am Sat (Please be aware during holiday seasons, including Mother’s day, Father’s day, Spring break arriving earlier than listed above may be necessary.

We will text when received and when ready. Parking on the street in front of the building is okay for, online pick-up orders.

We DO NOT take voicemail, email, text message, etc orders, Order must be placed online through the website,

 **ALL orders under $100 must cancel order 1 hour prior to pick-up time

**ALL orders over $101 require 3 hours prior to pick-up time

**ALL order over $200 will require 24 hours notice

The line is covered and we provide seating throughout the wait until you get inside.  During the summer we have lots of fans and during the winter we have lots of heaters.  

We do our best to make sure the line moves fast.  Please consider we have a lot of people that have questions and we do not rush people just like we will not rush you. 

We do sell out of items throughout the day, please understand we do our best to keep you updated as you wait. Feel free to ask anyone walking around about what is available. Anyone walking around can also get you a drink, beer, wine, bag of chips, a refill.

We do allow pets on leashes outside in the yard area, please do not bring your pet inside unless they are a support animal.  Please clean up after your pet and please keep your pet close to your table so they do not disturb other patrons. (Remember some people are not animal people)

We do have indoor and outdoor seating. We do not take reservations or hold seating.  Indoor seating is limited, we ask that you do not hold seating till after you order.  Please place your receipt on your inside table so that we do know you have ordered.

 We have plenty of parking. Please at arrival park next to the vehicle already parked to insure correct spacing between vehicles. Additional parking around the corner at the Masons Lodge or throughout Old Town Spring.

DO NOT PARK IN HANDICAP PARKING EVEN JUST TO RUN IN AND GRAB YOUR ONLINE ORDER. YOU WILL BE TOWED.
